Our Board

The High Plains Arts Council (HPAC) is a non-profit group of volunteers who seek out professional entertainers and bring them to Sidney. We rely on grants, memberships, and sponsorships. The Board of Directors chooses the artists, produces the shows, and raises and administers all funding. Please feel free to contact any of the members with questions or suggestions. We are always looking for new shows and board members, too!
