Mission Statement

The High Plains Arts Council is dedicated to strengthening a thriving arts environment through the promotion of high quality performances and educational opportunities.

• increasing community awareness of events, opportunities, and value of the arts.

• offering a diverse range of productions which includes many different cultures, musical genres, dance and theater.

• collaborating with other local organizations in our mission to provide arts to our rural community.

The High Plans Arts Council is primarily a volunteer organization with a Board of Directors.

They choose the artists, produce the show, and raise and administer all funding.

28 retirement home residents attended an in-house performance
